Audience engagement for brands

Build a community on your site, not one you rent.

When you build engagement on social platforms, the audience and the data belong to the platform, not to you. Logora puts the conversation back on your own website, with first-party comments, debates and a community space, while we handle the moderation and the sign-in for you. It is the same platform that runs reader engagement for leading European media, now available to brands.

The six questions that decide it

What to actually check before signing.

  1. 01

On your domain, not rented on social platforms

Engagement built on social media belongs to the platform. The audience, the data and the reach are theirs, and the algorithm can cut you off overnight.

Logora : Logora puts comments, debates and a community space on your own site, so the audience and the conversation stay yours.

  2. 02

First-party accounts that feed your CRM

Social logins and anonymous widgets hand your audience to a third party and leave you with no usable data.

Logora : Every participant signs in through your own account system (OAuth 2.0 or JWT), or a built-in white-label login if you have none, so each interaction becomes a first-party contact you own.

  3. 03

    Brand-safe moderation, built in

User-generated content is a brand-safety risk. Toxicity, spam, scams or illegal content next to your name does real damage.

Logora : Hybrid AI plus human moderation filters around 85% of problem content automatically before it is visible, with every decision auditable and overridable. You set the rules.

  4. 04

More than comments: debates, consultations, community

A flat comment box rarely sustains engagement. Brands need formats that fit campaigns, product feedback and fan communities.

Logora : One platform gives you threaded comments, structured debates, consultations (for campaigns or product ideas) and a standing community, with gamification to bring people back.

  5. 05

    EU-hosted, GDPR and DSA-ready

Hosting community data outside the EU re-opens the Schrems II assessment, and UGC now carries DSA obligations.

Logora : Hosted on OVH, France. First-party data under a GDPR Article 28 agreement, DSA statements of reasons and transparency reports built in.

  6. 06

    Proven at scale

Engagement tech is easy to demo and hard to run at volume without toxicity or downtime.

Logora : Logora is the platform behind leading European media: 23 press groups across 12 countries, 50M+ contributions moderated since 2019, 99.96% API uptime. The same engine is available to brands.

Buyer's questions

What every procurement team asks.

  • We are a brand, not a publisher. Does Logora fit?

Yes. Logora was built for the demands of news media (volume, toxicity, compliance, retention), and the same platform works for brand sites, e-commerce, sport, entertainment and product communities. You get first-party comments, debates, consultations and a community space, plus brand-safe moderation, on your own domain.

  • How does this protect our brand?

Hybrid AI plus human moderation filters toxicity, spam, scams and illegal content before it is published, around 85% automatically. You define the rules, every decision is logged and overridable, and you can pre-moderate sensitive areas. Your name never sits next to content you have not vetted.

  • What can we actually run on our site?

Threaded comments on your content, structured debates (take a position, rank arguments), consultations to collect ideas for a campaign or product, and a standing community with gamification. You can also moderate the comments on your Instagram, YouTube and Facebook channels through the same pipeline. See the platform overview and social media moderation.

  • Where is the data, and do we own the accounts?

Everything is hosted in the EU (OVH, France). Reader accounts are first-party and stay in your database, with Logora as data processor under GDPR Article 28. The platform is DSA-ready (statements of reasons, transparency reports).

  • Do we need an existing login system?

No. Connect your existing accounts via OAuth 2.0 or JWT, or use the built-in white-label login at no extra cost, so participation creates first-party accounts without you building authentication.
