Press FAQ

Questions journalists actually ask.

How does Logora make money?
Annual SaaS license, scaled to the publisher's subscriber base. No ads on the widget, no resale of reader data, no exposure to programmatic markets. Every euro of revenue comes from a press group paying for the service.
Is Logora venture-backed?
No. The company is employee-owned, all shareholders are people who currently work on the product. There is no exit pressure, no growth-at-all-costs board, no obligation to inflate metrics. The roadmap is set by what publishers ask for, not what investors target.
Where is reader data stored?
OVH, in France. All processing happens in the EU. No transfer to US clouds, no Schrems II exposure. Each publisher's reader graph stays in their own segregated database. Logora ships the tooling, the data belongs to the newsroom.
How is AI moderation handled?
A toxicity-classifier pipeline that auto-filters about 85% of incoming content. The remaining 15% goes to a moderation queue, where the publisher's team (or a Logora-trained moderator) decides. Every decision is logged, every reversal feeds the model. No black box, no full-automation, the human stays in the loop.
What does DSA-readiness mean concretely?
Article 16 notice-and-action workflows, Article 17 statements of reasons attached to every moderation decision, Article 24 transparency reports generated automatically per quarter. We ship this as default, not as a paid add-on.
Can journalists try the product?
Yes. Anyone covering Logora can request a sandbox with a sample article, a sample debate, and a moderation admin login. Email pierre@logora.fr, we open the sandbox the same day.

A story you want to tell well?

We open a sandbox with a live debate, a moderation admin, and a sample DSA report, the same day you ask. No NDA, no demo gate, no marketing follow-up.
