Privacy Policy

In short

We collect the minimum data needed to respond to you, host our services in France, and sell none of it. All our AI models are trained on pseudonymized data, never used for advertising.

Data we collect

When you browse this website, we collect:

• the pages you view, through CNIL-compliant anonymized analytics (no third-party tracking cookie);
• the data you send us through the contact form (name, email, organization, message);
• no behavioral data sold to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing your data through the contact form relies on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Audience measurement relies on legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f), with an anonymized setup exempted from consent by the CNIL.

Retention period

Contact-form data is kept for three years from our last exchange. Beyond that, it is anonymized or deleted. Audience-measurement data is kept for thirteen months at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by email at dpo@logora.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Hosting and sovereignty

The website is hosted on Bunny.net, European infrastructure. Our core application (moderation, debates, comments) is hosted at OVH, in France, ISO 27001 certified. No transfer outside the EU for the data of our clients or their readers.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising tracking cookie. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (interface preferences) may be set. No third-party Google, Meta or other cookie is loaded without your explicit consent.

Changes

This policy may change. The version in force is the one dated at the top of the page. Any substantial change will be notified by email to our active contacts.
